Multichannel Fluorescence Imaging Solution

Solution Features Selection Guide Application Cases

High-Sensitivity Imaging

Captures weak fluorescence signals for low-signal samples and high-speed imaging
Multichannel Fluorescence Imaging System
Pair with high-sensitivity scientific cameras to improve weak-signal capture and provide reliable image quality for low-signal samples and high-speed imaging.
  • Combine light sources, filters, lenses, and cameras according to the imaging target, channel count, field of view, and sensitivity requirements.
  • Modular wide-field optics retain image quality while covering a larger imaging area for cell populations and multi-target observation.

Multichannel Fluorescence Imaging Selection Guide

High-power, adjustable uniform-illumination, and multi-band light sources are available for wavelengths from 365 nm to 1700 nm.

Choose manual or automatic filter changers for common fluorescence channels including BFP, GFP, FITC, and Cy3.5.

Configure objectives, tube lenses, angle modules, cameras, and motorized stages to suit field-of-view, resolution, and automation requirements.

Application Cases

Suitable for cell imaging, multi-label detection, high-content analysis, drug screening, and life-science research.

GFP / Cy5 Multichannel Fluorescence Imaging

Imaging Method:Independent GFP and Cy5 fluorescence acquisition with image merging.
System Configuration:High-sensitivity camera, modular wide-field lens, and multichannel switching module.
Independent dual-channel acquisition and image merging enable side-by-side comparison and spatial-distribution observation of different fluorescence labels. Channels can be expanded as needed for cell imaging, multi-label detection, and high-content imaging systems.
